It's a great way to get fit and learn some invaluable life skills. I joined back in sept/Oct and have loved every minute of it. I've never done anything that brought my fitness level up so quickly. Every week I come away with life changing skills and knowledge. Ricky is a great instructor who understands the difference in everyone's abilities and really cares about making sure you get it right. Train your mind, train your body, make new friends, defend yourself and your loved ones.

It is a highly effective self defence solution that is taught to law enforcement and military forces across the globe. I can honestly say that I never walk away from a session not having learnt another skill whether it is physical such as learning to block effectively or mentally such as how people react differently in situations and how to defuse situations. The class is taught by Ricky Thomas who always pushes you that bit more each class and is very skilled, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
